What’s up everyone! My name is Troy Cruz, and I’m a dedicated fitness professional with nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the health and fitness industry. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients and training styles, which has allowed me to develop a well-rounded and adaptable coaching approach for people at all levels.

I specialize primarily in group fitness and have led countless classes including indoor cycling, HIIT, boot camps, TRX, and boxing-based training. Along with group fitness, I bring over 10 years of kickboxing and boxing experience into my coaching, blending technique, conditioning, and mental toughness into every session. My goal is to create workouts that are challenging, effective, and motivating while still being safe and sustainable.

I’ve had the opportunity to teach fitness in several locations, including San Diego, Phoenix, and internationally in Dubai. Training in different environments and cultures has shaped my perspective as a coach and reinforced my belief that fitness goes beyond just physical results. It’s about mindset, discipline, consistency, and confidence.

My passion is helping people push past their limits, break through mental barriers, and build confidence both inside and outside the gym. I believe fitness should be something you enjoy and feel proud of, not something that feels like a chore. I’m excited to work with you, support your journey, and help you reach your fitness goals one step at a time.
