My name is Coach J, and I am a certified strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, and performance coach dedicated to building strong, confident, and disciplined individuals. Training is more than just workouts to me—it’s a structured process designed to challenge the body, sharpen the mind, and build habits that carry over into every area of life. I believe real results come from consistency, accountability, and doing the work the right way, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Through my business, JPFITNESS & TRAINING LLC, I provide science-based training backed by proven principles, not gimmicks or shortcuts. Every client receives personalized programming built around their goals, lifestyle, and current ability level. Whether the objective is fat loss, muscle building, body recomposition, or improved athletic performance, each plan is designed with intention and progression to ensure sustainable, long-term results.
My coaching style blends strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and conditioning with a strong emphasis on movement quality and performance. Training sessions are structured, efficient, and challenging, pushing clients to develop both physical resilience and mental toughness. I focus on building a strong foundation first—proper mechanics, discipline, and work ethic—so progress is earned and maintained.
