Bio
I am a personal fitness coach who approaches training with gratitude, purpose, and uncompromising standards. Fitness, to me, is far more than physical transformation—it is a tool for building strength, confidence, and resilience that carries far beyond the gym. My mission is to help people improve their lives both physically and mentally by creating a training experience that is intentional, empowering, and sustainable.
Every workout I design is centered around the individual. Training is never one-size-fits-all; it is built around your goals, your pace, and your needs. My approach combines strength training, boxing, kickboxing, self-defense, and positive, sustainable nutrition strategies to create well-rounded programs that deliver real results. The environment I strive to create is focused, supportive, and engaging—one where hard work is expected, progress is celebrated, and the process is genuinely enjoyable.
With 38 years of experience as an independent personal trainer, I bring both depth of knowledge and real-world perspective to my coaching. I am a former gym owner, hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Over the years, I have helped clients achieve life-changing results, including a top client weight loss of 125 pounds.
I am also a competitive natural powerlifter, totaling eight times my bodyweight, and have earned overall national and world champion titles. Currently, I rank among the top three in the world in the bench press within my age and weight class. In addition, I have competed as a tough-man boxing competitor, which further shapes my disciplined, resilient approach to training.
Above all, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to coach. Helping others grow stronger, healthier, and more confident—both inside and outside the gym—is what drives me every day. My goal is not just to help clients reach their fitness goals, but to equip them with the mindset and habits to succeed for life.
