Bio

With over 6½ years of experience as an in-person personal trainer, I have spent my career helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable results both inside and outside the gym. I have worked primarily with women, while also coaching a wide range of goals and training styles including weight loss, fat loss, muscle growth, weight gain, and physique development.

My training background is rooted in strength training and bodybuilding-style programming, with a strong emphasis on proper form, progressive overload, and individualized programming. I have coached clients through body recomposition, metabolic adaptation, beginner to advanced lifting phases, and long-term LIFESTYLE changes that actually last rather than quick fixes.

In addition to hands-on coaching experience, I hold multiple fitness certifications and have completed advanced mentorships and continuing education focused on exercise science, program design and nutrition fundamentals. GOOD coaching goes beyond sets and reps, It requires understanding each individual, their habits, their nervous system, and how real life impacts progress.

My online coaching delivers the same level of structure, accountability, and personalization that i provide in-person if you do not live locally or cannot make the drive.
