At The Doss Effect, coaching goes beyond workouts — it’s about building strong, confident, disciplined young athletes. As a coach and trainer, I am dedicated to helping youth athletes develop their physical abilities while learning the mindset and work ethic required to succeed in sports and in life.

With years of experience training young athletes, I specialize in developing strength, speed, agility, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Every athlete I work with receives a customized training program designed around their individual goals, sport, and ability level. No two athletes are the same, and training should reflect that.

My coaching style is supportive, demanding, and purpose-driven. I challenge athletes to push past their limits while emphasizing accountability, consistency, and mental toughness. At the same time, I provide mentorship and guidance, helping athletes build confidence, discipline, and self-belief both on and off the field.
