With 29 years of coaching experience, Brad has worked with a diverse range of clients and athletes, from beginners seeking foundational fitness to competitive performers looking to maximize athletic potential. Over the years, he has helped develop athletes who went on to compete at the NCAA Division I level, applying disciplined training methods that build strength, conditioning, and mental resilience. Brad’s coaching background is strongly rooted in combat sports. With more than 35 years of experience competing and coaching wrestling, he brings a high-level understanding of athletic movement, strength under fatigue, and the mindset required for sustained performance. Wrestling demands discipline, coordination, and conditioning — and Brad uses that foundation to help clients develop total-body fitness, stability, balance, and durability that translates to both sport and daily life.

He also offers a unique level of insight from his 10 years of experience as a referee and judge for amateur and professional MMA fights.
