Sierra is a dedicated personal trainer and nutrition coach who specializes in body recomposition through sustainable, realistic training and nutrition strategies. Since beginning her coaching journey in 2018, she has worked with a wide range of clients and understands that real progress doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it happens in the middle of busy schedules, demanding careers, family responsibilities, mental burnout, and ever-changing seasons of life.

Rather than forcing clients into rigid plans that don’t last, Sierra believes in meeting each individual exactly where they are. Her coaching approach is highly personalized, adapting training intensity, programming, and nutrition strategies to fit her clients’ current lifestyle, experience level, and long-term goals. Whether someone is brand new to the gym or returning after time away, Sierra focuses on building consistency, confidence, and sustainable habits that support long-term success.
