Hi! My name is Savannah, and I’m a Personal Trainer at Self Made Arizona in North Scottsdale, specializing in coaching both children and adults. Fitness has always been part of my lifestyle, but in 2019 I chose to transform my passion into a career, pursuing education in personal training and nutrition (ISSA certified) and fully committing to helping others elevate their health.
My own fitness journey began over 10 years ago, guided by an incredible personal trainer who challenged me to grow both physically and mentally. That experience ignited a lifelong love for training and shaped my coaching philosophy—fitness as a form of self-care, strength, and long-term wellness, not punishment.
Today, I focus on helping children build confidence, coordination, and a healthy relationship with movement, while guiding adults toward becoming the strongest, healthiest, and most confident versions of themselves through intentional training, mindful nutrition, and sustainable habits. I believe wellness is a lifestyle—and during life’s uncertain seasons, having the right support makes all the difference. You don’t have to do it alone.
