Hello, my name is Ryan Mack, and I am a personal trainer here at Self Made. I specialize in helping clients achieve real, measurable results through structured training, accountability, and education. On average, my clients lose between 8–10 pounds of body fat per month while building and maintaining lean muscle. My coaching focuses on sustainable progress that looks good, feels good, and lasts long term.
Every training program I offer includes complimentary nutrition coaching because training and nutrition must work together for real success. I help you learn how to eat for your specific goals, whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, or overall body recomposition. We’ll dial in your macros, create realistic meal strategies, and build habits that fit your lifestyle without extreme dieting or confusion. My goal is to give you the tools to maintain your results even outside the gym.
My training style is structured, challenging, and adaptable to all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or an experienced lifter looking to break through a plateau, I design programs that meet you where you are and progressively push you forward in a safe and effective way. Accountability is a major part of my coaching, and I take pride in staying locked in with my clients.
